    INTRODUCTION Thank you for choosing a product from Kellfri AB. Compliance with the safety instructions, operating manual and sound common sense will guarantee many years of enjoyment using the product. Kellfri’s equipment and products are aimed at self-employed farmers, horse en- thusiasts and other country-dwellers who have stringent demands on performance.

    SURROUNDINGS Check that the work area is free from bystanders and objects before hitching or using the equip- ment. Otherwise, there is a risk of serious injury. Be extra careful if there are children in the vicinity of the area where the equipment or product is used or stored. Check that there are no low-hang- ing electrical cables within the work area.

    Only those who understand the safety instructions and the operating manual may use the equipment or product. Exercise caution and care when working with the equipment or prod- uct, and only use it as described in the instruction manual. There is a risk of crushing when working with equipment that has moving parts. Exercise cau- tion when working with equipment with hydraulic hoses, as oil under pressure can penetrate the skin.

    WARNING DECALS Make sure warning decals are always visible and clean them when necessary. Do not use a high-pressure washer directly on the warning decal.     USE/OPERATION • Carefully inspect the area the equipment will be used in and remove all objects/obstacles that may be in the way or get stuck under the machine. • Always hold the machine with both hands during use. • Never leave the machine with the engine running. Switch off the engine when you leave the equipment, even for a short period.

    STARTING THE ENGINE Switch the engine to "On". Open the fuel tap. If the engine is cold, full choke. If the engine is hot, no choke Throttle, 1/4 - 1/3 gas. Pull the cord - the engine will start Let the engine idle for 1-2 minutes to warm up before use. Open the choke.

    GEAR LEVER The gear lever has 4 positions: 3 forward speeds and 1 reverse for both high and low speed. To change speed, move the gear lever to the desired position. The lever is locked in place at each speed se- lection.
  • Page 17 HYDRAULIC DUMP HANDLE Release the locking hook and tip/raise the floor using the lever. Do not forget to lock the lever in place with the locking hook when the floor is back in its normal position. Operation. When the engine has warmed up, move the throttle control to increase the engine speed. Engage the desired gear and slowly press the clutch control.

  • Page 19 TOPPING UP/DRAINING HYDRAULIC OIL Release the locking hook and tilt the bed using the lever. Do not forget to lock the lever in place with the locking hook when the floor is back in its normal position. 1. Ensure that the tap screw is tight. 2.

    WARNING - The combustion engine produces exhaust fumes containing carbon monoxide, a toxic gas. Never use the machine in a sealed or closed area. Only operate in a well-ventilated area. - Check for leakage/spills. Do not start the engine if fuel has been spilt from the fuel tank.

  • Page 24 3. Adjust the tension on the drive belts by releasing the bolt (M20x180) and moving forward or backward, see arrow. Lock the bolts after the adjustment is complete. NOTE It is important to remember that adjustments are individual, i.e. adjustment must be made on both the right and left-hand sides of the minidumper.

    REPLACE DRIVE BELT Check the condition of the drive belt regularly. If you discover a crack or if it is worn, the drive belt must be replaced immediately. 1. Lift the container and insert a support rod for safety reasons. 2.

    CLUTCH ADJUSTMENT Follow the steps below: Awl nut 1. Loosen the awl nut, see Figure 1. 2. When you have found the correct cable tension, tighten the awl nut to hold the clutch cable in place, see Figure 3.
