INTRODUCTION Thank you for choosing a product from Kellfri AB. Compliance with the safety instructions, operating manual and sound common sense will guarantee many years of enjoyment using the product. Kellfri’s equipment and products are aimed at self-employed farmers, horse en- thusiasts and other country-dwellers who have stringent demands on performance.
For the safety of both yourself and others, it may be a good idea to read through the safety instructions every now and then. If the safety instructions or the operating manual are damaged, or become unusable for any other reason, new copies may be ordered from: Kellfri AB, Munkatorpsgatan 6, SE-532 40 SKARA, Sweden.
SURROUNDINGS Check that the work area is free from bystanders and objects before hitching or using the equip- ment. Otherwise, there is a risk of serious injury. Be extra careful if there are children in the vicinity of the area where the equipment or product is used or stored. Check that there are no low-hang- ing electrical cables within the work area.
Only those who understand the safety instructions and the operating manual may use the equipment or product. Exercise caution and care when working with the equipment or prod- uct, and only use it as described in the instruction manual. There is a risk of crushing when working with equipment that has moving parts. Exercise cau- tion when working with equipment with hydraulic hoses, as oil under pressure can penetrate the skin.
Do not use your hands to locate leaks. Use a piece of paper or cardboard to search for leaks. Kellfri AB has a policy of continuous product development and therefore reserves the right to make modifications, e.g. to the design and appearance of the product, without prior notice.

CHEMICALS To maximise the service life of a product/equipment, maintenance - and not least preventive maintenance - is important, and this is largely what greases and oils do. Carefully read the operating manuals for your new products or equipment to ensure correct maintenance and service life and that the warranty remains valid! Lubricating grease First aid measures.
WARNING DECALS Make sure warning decals are always visible and clean them when necessary. Do not use a high-pressure washer directly on the warning decal. If apart with a decal is replaced, or the decal becomes worn or in any other way unusable, order a new set of decals. SYMBOL EXPLANATION Read the operating manual! Before carrying out work.
USE/OPERATION • Carefully inspect the area the equipment will be used in and remove all objects/obstacles that may be in the way or get stuck under the machine. • Always hold the machine with both hands during use. • Never leave the machine with the engine running. Switch off the engine when you leave the equipment, even for a short period.

STARTING THE ENGINE Switch the engine to "On". Open the fuel tap. If the engine is cold, full choke. If the engine is hot, no choke Throttle, 1/4 - 1/3 gas. Pull the cord - the engine will start Let the engine idle for 1-2 minutes to warm up before use. Open the choke.
GEAR LEVER The gear lever has 4 positions: 3 forward speeds and 1 reverse for both high and low speed. To change speed, move the gear lever to the desired position. The lever is locked in place at each speed se- lection.

HYDRAULIC DUMP HANDLE Release the locking hook and tip/raise the floor using the lever. Do not forget to lock the lever in place with the locking hook when the floor is back in its normal position. Operation. When the engine has warmed up, move the throttle control to increase the engine speed. Engage the desired gear and slowly press the clutch control.

MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE • All electrical repairs and electrical connections must be carried out by a qualified person. • Before starting maintenance/service, make sure the machine is switched off and pull out the spark plug cap to ensure it cannot start. •...

TOPPING UP/DRAINING HYDRAULIC OIL Release the locking hook and tilt the bed using the lever. Do not forget to lock the lever in place with the locking hook when the floor is back in its normal position. 1. Ensure that the tap screw is tight. 2.
WARNING - The combustion engine produces exhaust fumes containing carbon monoxide, a toxic gas. Never use the machine in a sealed or closed area. Only operate in a well-ventilated area. - Check for leakage/spills. Do not start the engine if fuel has been spilt from the fuel tank.

3. Adjust the tension on the drive belts by releasing the bolt (M20x180) and moving forward or backward, see arrow. Lock the bolts after the adjustment is complete. NOTE It is important to remember that adjustments are individual, i.e. adjustment must be made on both the right and left-hand sides of the minidumper.
REPLACE DRIVE BELT Check the condition of the drive belt regularly. If you discover a crack or if it is worn, the drive belt must be replaced immediately. 1. Lift the container and insert a support rod for safety reasons. 2.
CLUTCH ADJUSTMENT Follow the steps below: Awl nut 1. Loosen the awl nut, see Figure 1. 2. Tighten or loosen Awl nut the connection cable Adjustment nut by adjusting it with the adjusting nut, see Figure 2. 3. When you have found the correct cable tension, tighten the awl nut to hold the clutch cable in place, see Figure 3.

TRANSPORTATION The minidumper is equipped with lifting eyes. Use a heavy-duty chain, rope or straps suitable for the weight of the machine and attach them to the lifting eyes.
