THE RISKS OF USING THE MACHINE AND HOW TO AVOID THEM
This section contains information on the risks of using the minidumper and information on
how to prevent accidents.
There have been accidents with similar machines in which the operator was crushed under the
machine while using it on a slope. Therefore, it is important that the operator of the machine
knows how to use it correctly and knows how all the levers work.
Use common sense; safety must always come first!
It is strictly prohibited to allow children to use the machine or to allow anyone to ride the
machine while it is in use. Never allow any inexperienced person to operate the machine
without supervision. The operator must be aware of the possible risks and the predictable/
unpredictable events while operating the machine.
The machine may only be used for moving material such as gravel, stones, manure, etc.
The machine may not be used on public roads! Always observe the maximum load and
gradient!
The machine must never be used to transport animals or people!
Do not drive into objects with the minidumper's chassis/power shaft!
Do not use the machine to pull loads.
Warning for crushing risk when driving on slopes or inclines. Do not operate the machine on
a slope of more than 20°.
Observe the maximum load per slope gradient:

LEVEL GROUND
20° - 25°
Do not attempt to drive the machine on slopes if you are uncertain; choose a different
route.
It is important that YOU always think of safety first!
If you need to back up, do so carefully. Put the machine into low gear and back up
carefully.
Do not brake suddenly; risk of tipping.
Drive in low gear up and down hills; adapt your speed.
Distribute the load evenly on the load bed. Respect the risk zone; no one is allowed in the
vicinity during operation!
Learn and remember how all controls work.
Do not drive too fast; risk of tipping the machine over.
