HYDRAULIC DUMP HANDLE
Release the locking hook and tip/raise
the floor using the lever.
Do not forget to lock the lever in place with
the locking hook when the floor is back in
its normal position.
Operation. When the engine has warmed up, move the throttle control to increase the engine speed.
Engage the desired gear and slowly press the clutch control. If the gear does not engage immediately,
slowly release the clutch handle and try again. The minidumper will now start to move. The
minidumper has the steering controls on the handlebars, which makes steering very easy. To turn
right or left, simply pull the corresponding right or left lever. The sensitivity of the steering increases in
proportion to the speed and load of the machine. With an empty machine, a light push on the lever is
all that is needed to turn. When the machine is fully loaded, more pressure is required.
WALK with the machine – NEVER run!
The minidumper has a maximum load of 500 kg. However, it is important to assess the load and
adjust it to the terrain on which the machine is being used. It is therefore advisable to drive in low
gear and to be extra careful. Never operate the machine on slopes with an angle of more than 20°.
Avoid sharp turns and frequent changes in direction when driving on rough terrain. Even though
the minidumper has a caterpillar track, remember to be careful when working in adverse weather
conditions, such as ice, heavy rain or snow. When the clutch control is released during operation, the
machine stops and brakes automatically. If the machine is stopped on a steep slope, place a wedge
under the tracks.
No-load speed. Set the throttle lever to low
speed position, to reduce the load on the engine
when work is not being carried out.
Reducing the engine speed extends the engine's
service life, saves fuel and reduces noise levels.
