Loosen the union nut of the temperature sensor for

Carefully pull the volume fl ow sensor for potable water
circuit VTY 20 (position

out of the fi tting.

Remove the O-rings and keep them protected against
dirt until they are reinstalled.

Loosen the union nut cold potable water supply

Loosen the union nut heat exchanger side (position

Carefully remove the fi tting from the station.
NOTICE
Overheating of the measuring turbine!
The bearing of the measuring turbine is cooled by
the water fl ow during operation. The use of
compressed air for cleaning can lead to irreparable
damage due to overheating.

Clean the measuring turbine with running water
only.

Clean the sleeve with measuring turbine. Remove
residues such as hemp residues with (running) water.
Direct the fl owing water through the fi tting in the
opposite direction to the direction of fl ow (from the

appropriate spray nozzle is particularly suitable for this

Check that the measuring turbine has been cleared of
foreign substances and is running smoothly again.

If the cleaning was successful, install the fi tting in the
reverse order of removal.
If the measuring turbine is still blocked, you
must remove the sleeve with measuring
turbine as described in par. 9.4.2.1.
The removed fl at seals are not reusable. Use new
seals for reassembly.

Close the lower fi ll and drain ball valve for potable

water (hot) (position

).

Vent the potable water circuit (see par. 7.2 on page
29)

Restore the power supply.
