JOYSTICK CONTROL HARNESS (OPTION)

1. Attach the Solenoid Plugs from the Electrical
Harness (277-009) to the Solenoids on the
Hydraulic Block.
2. Route the harness up along the main hydraulic
hoses and secure with zip ties.
3. Connect the brand specific harness adapter to
the 6-pin connector and continue to secure it to
the hoses.
NOTE: If using a LOW FLOW implement on a CAT
skid steer, disconnect the bullet connector to
disengage the High-Flow signal on the short CAT
specific harness 276-340. To access the connector,
carefully cut away shrink wrapping.

SKID STEER ELECTRIC HARNESS KIT

Refer to the Electrical Components Hydraulic Block
section of the Parts Manual
1. Attach the positive battery lead of the Skid
Steer Electrical Harness (277-008) to the
positive battery lead on the skid steer.
2. Attach the ground lead of the Skid Steer
Electrical Harness to the skid steer frame.
3. There are now two separate lines of the
harness. One line has switches on the end, the
other line has a 6-pin weather sealed plug end.
The line with the switches should be routed
from the battery of the skid steer underneath
the cab towards the front.
4. Drill a hole in the cab to allow the switches to be
routed up into the cab.
5. Mount the switches inside the cab, using either the Switch Mount Bracket (B620-161) or the Switch Box
(276-321).
6. Route the 6-pin plug end up through the tube of the loader arm to the front of the skid steer. The 6-pin plug
can be secured in the most convenient location, such as with the hydraulic connections.
