Parking

Notice
Heat or direct sunlight can cause the tyre pressure
to increase above the permitted maximum
pressure. This can destroy the tyres.
 Never park the pedelec in the sun.
 On hot days, regularly check the tyre pressure
and adjust it as necessary.
Moisture penetrating at low temperatures may
impair individual functions due to the open
structural design.
 Always keep the pedelec dry and free from
frost.
 If the pedelec is used at temperatures below
3 °C, the specialist dealer must perform
maintenance beforehand and prepare it for
winter use.
The pedelec's force of weight may cause the
kickstand to sink into soft ground, possibly
causing the pedelec to topple over as a result.
 The pedelec must be parked on firm, level
ground only.
1 Switch off drive system (see
2 After getting off, use your foot to lower the
kickstand completely before parking. Ensure
that it is stable.
3 Park the pedelec carefully and check that it is
stable.
4 Protect saddle with saddle cover if you park the
pedelec outside.
5 Lock the pedelec with the bicycle lock.
6 Remove battery to protect against theft (see
Section
6.16.1.1).
