Gear shift

The selection of the appropriate gear is a
prerequisite for a physically comfortable ride and
making sure that the electric drive system
functions properly. The ideal pedalling frequency
is between 70 and 80 revolutions per minute.
 Stop pedalling briefly when changing gears.
This makes it easier to switch gears and
reduces

on the drive train.

6.21.1 Using the derailleur gears

The speed and range can be increased while
applying the same force if you select the right
gear.

Lever A switches from a smaller pinion to a larger
one. The number of pinions switched depends on
the selected position of lever A.
 Place shifter A in position 1.
 System shifts one pinion higher.
 Place shifter A in position 2.
 System shifts two pinions higher.
