Set Length Range for Codabar
The engine can be configured to only decode Codabar barcodes with lengths that fall between (inclusive)
the minimum and maximum lengths. To accomplish it, you need to set the minimum and maximum
lengths.

Symbology in Appendix 8.
Set the Minimum Length (Default: 2)
