Data Packing
For some applications that require high data integrity and reliability, data packing can help you accomplish
that.
Transmission of packed data needs to work with certain software on the Host.
Data packing influences data format and is not recommended for general applications.
Normal Pack
Normal Pack format: [STX + ATTR + LEN] + [AL_TYPE + DATA] + [LRC]
STX: 0x02
ATTR: 0x00
LEN: Barcode data length is expressed in 2 bytes, ranging from 0 to 65535.
AL_TYPE: 0x36
DATA: Raw barcode data.
LRC: Checksum.
LRC calculation algorithm: computation sequence: 0xFF+LEN+AL_TYPE+DATA; computation
method is XOR, byte by byte.
To enable normal pack, scan the following barcode.
