The MagicPrep NGS instrument will detect that the reagent cartridge has been inserted and will now
indicate that the sample deck assembly should be inserted.
Load the sample deck assembly into the lower slot within the MagicPrep NGS door opening. The door
has a cutout area to ease the alignment of the sample deck with the relevant opening.
Push the sample deck all the way in until it is felt to 'clip' or 'click' into place.
Do not push the sample deck any further into the instrument.

The order in which the sample deck or reagent cartridge are inserted into the instrument is not
important.
Close the front door as shown.
