Towing the vehicle

Vehicles with electric power steering (two front
axles)
Only tow-start vehicles with electric power steering on
straight routes and only steer in an emergency. If you
are steering whilst towing, a red event message will be

displayed in the on-board computer display. Abort the
tow-starting procedure and stop the vehicle. Switch the
electronic ignition lock to position 0 and then back on.
Tow-start the vehicle again.
