To finish repacking the printer:
1
Wipe off any loose toner in and around the printer.
NOTE:
•
If a toner vacuum is available, it is the best tool for cleaning
spilled toner. Do not use a standard office vacuum; the toner will
not be retained by typical vacuum dust collectors.

Raise the output tray and secure it to the printer with
adhesive tape.

Secure the printer's front door, the multi-purpose tray
and the left side door to the printer with adhesive tape.
If you don't have a 2nd cassette feeder, go to step 6.

If you have a 2nd cassette feeder, lift the printer up and
away from the 2nd cassette feeder.
SAFETY CAUTION:
•
The printer weighs approximately 49.5 kg {108.9 lbs.} and the 2nd
cassette feeder weighs approximately 14.3 kg {31.5 lbs.}.
Observe standard precautions for lifting heavy objects.

Repack the 2nd cassette feeder in its original shipping
box.
6
Repack any other accessories in their original shipping
boxes.
