Remove the oil supply roll.
a) Press out on tabs to unlock the oil supply roll.
b) Remove the oil supply roll out of the fuser.

If the paper is not jammed in the fuser unit, perform the following.
Repeat steps 1 to 4 in "To clear media jams in location B with
media tray" on
