8. Cleaning

WARNING!
Before cleaning disconnect the device from the power
supply.
Never use water jet to wash the device.
Make sure that no water gets into the device.
CAUTION!
Do not use any tools or brushes which may damage the device surfaces.
Do not use any scrubbing agents, descalers, solvents, or diluents, as their
residuals are harmful for health and may penetrate to cut vegetables.
Never wash any device elements in the dishwasher.
o Cleaning should be performed at least once a day or more frequently when required.
o All parts having direct or indirect contact with cut products must be thoroughly
cleaned.
Cleaning of the device
o Remove plunger from the circular filling hole in the pusher lever.
o Lift the pusher lever as high as possible, loosen lid hinges, and remove lid with oval
filling hole.
o Carefully remove the cutting disk and sweeper.
o Remove residuals of cut products and thoroughly clean the cutting disk operation area,
disk shaft, and outlet hole entry with use of sponge or lint-free cloth. Wipe that area
with clean moistened cloth.
o Remove container or feeder from the device.
o Clean the housing, pusher lever, and circular filling hole in the lever with soft sponge
or cloth. When required, use gentle cleaning agent, suitable for areas having contact
with food. Wipe with clean and slightly moistened cloth to remove all residuals of the
cleaning agent.
o All cleaned surfaces should be dried thoroughly.
