Bleeding air from steering circuit
a Bleed the air from the circuit as follows if the
steering valve or steering cylinder have been
removed and installed again.
1.
Start the engine and run at idle for approx. 5
minutes.
2.
Run the engine at low idle and turn 4 – 5 times
to the left and right.
a Operate the piston rod to approx. 100 mm
before the end of its stroke. Be careful not
to relieve the circuit.
3.
Repeat Step 2 with the engine at full throttle.
4.
Run the engine at low idle and operate the pis-
ton to the end of its stroke to relieve the circuit.
