Finding Text

Just as you can think of the bookmarks as a table of contents, the Find tool takes the
place of an index. If you want to find a word:

What is on the CD-ROM
The CD-ROM contains important additional information which is not in the paper
manual; please take the time to look at these sections. These include:
• A Networking guide
• Read Me files for up to the minute information
Keep the CD-ROM in a safe place. You can buy further copies from GCC.

Click on the Find button in the toolbar.
You will see the Find dialog box. Enter the word(s) you want to find.
Click OK; the program takes you to the next place the word appears.
If you do not find the information you are looking for, press Command-G
(Macintosh) or Control-G (Windows) to go to the next place the word
appears.
