Paper exit jam

This happens when a printed sheet jams as it exits the printer. The jammed paper
should be partly visible exiting the printer into the output tray on top of the printer.

Open the fuser cover.
WARNING :
The fuser unit may be
very hot. Switch the
printer off and allow it to
cool down for five
minutes before opening
the fuser cover.
Open the fuser unit by swinging down the rear cover of the fuser unit.
