pyrolytic self-cleaning process, tap the

You will hear the process begin, and the
cooking compartment door locks.
7. To change the cleaning duration, turn
the function dial (21) until the display (18)
shows the desired cleaning duration in

8. To confirm the displayed cleaning dura-
tion, tap the sensor (16).
After the pyrolytic process has finished, the
fan will continue to run for another hour.
This is necessary in order for the fan to suf-
ficiently cool the interior of the appliance.
The power supply must not be interrupted
during this hour of cooling. At the end of the
hour, you will hear five signal tones and the
oven will switch off.
9. Remove the ash.
If you try to switch on one or more cook-
ing zones during pyrolysis, the oven will
switch off on its own within one minute.

Interrupting/terminating pyrolysis
How you interrupt or terminate pyrolysis all
depends on how much the cooking compart-
ment has heated up. If the temperature in the
cooking compartment
– is still below 200 °C, tap the
– once to interrupt the process.

You can remove the baking tray guides to-
gether with the telescopic oven rails in order
to thoroughly clean the cooking compartment.
1. Loosen the screws on the baking tray
guides and remove them.
