dripping pan

(5)
The oven rack (3) has a ridge. It must be in-
serted with the ridge first so that food does not
touch the back wall of the oven.
The supplied baking tray (4) and the dripping
pan (5) both have an angled edge. Please en-
sure that this edge is facing forward on being
placed in the oven.
Baking tray guides with
telescopic oven rails
(29)
The side walls of the cooking compartment
are equipped with baking tray guides (29) with
telescopic oven rails (28). These make it eas-
ier to remove baking trays from the oven, for
example, to baste roasts.
You can remove the baking tray guides to-
gether with the telescopic oven rails if you
– need more space in the oven, e.g. when
preparing yeast dough,
– want to clean the side walls.
For instructions, see "Cleaning the cooking
compartment" on page EN-26.

External cooling fan/extractor

(30)
The external cooling fan cools down the
steam and vapour that exit the oven through
the extractor (30) and prevents adjacent units
from becoming too hot.
