the cooking compartment, the oven
temperature must not exceed 50°C.
Be careful when handling cookware
– the enamel can be easily scratched.
■ When preserving food, place only so
many jars in the dripping pan at the
same time, ensuring that they do not
touch each other. The jars can burst.
■ Do not clean baking tray guides and
telescopic rails in the dishwasher.
■ If a trolley is used to move the appli-
ance, the appliance must be lifted as
shown on the packaging.
■ Do not use the oven door handle to
lift the entire oven! The handle is not
designed to carry the whole weight of
the appliance.
Risk of damage!
Only pyrolysis-proof items may stay in
the cooking compartment during py-
rolysis.
■ Remove the oven rack, baking tray,
dripping pan and baking tray guides
from the cooking compartment.
■ Empty out the cooking compartment.
The oven door locks during the pyrolytic
self-cleaning process. The locking me-
chanism will release automatically
once the interior of the appliance is suf-
fi ciently cooled off.
■ Never attempt to open the oven door
by force either during the pyrolytic
process or before the cooling-off pha-
se has ended.
During the pyrolytic self-cleaning pro-
cess, the interior of the appliance beco-
mes very hot.
■ Following the pyrolytic self-cleaning
process, do not disconnect the ap-
pliance from the mains for at least
one hour so that the blower can cool
down the interior of the appliance in
a controlled manner.
Risk of operating the oven using
the timer
CAUTION
Fire hazard!
■ Before starting the timer, please
make sure you inform all members
of the household so that they do not
put anything in the oven.
■ Never leave anything to grill unatten-
ded when using the timer!
■ Monitor the oven while using the ti-
mer in order to prevent spilling and
burning. Please note that fats, oils
and alcohol can catch on fi re when
heated.
