Starting the cooking process

The following description applies to all func-
tions/heating modes except for

1. Selecting a function: Turn the dial (21) until
the display (18) shows the corresponding
symbol and its standard temperature.
2. To confirm the function selection and start
cooking, tap the

5. Adjusting the temperature: Turn the con-
troller (15) until the display (18) shows the
desired temperature.

Once the preset cooking duration has elapsed,
you will hear five signal tones and the oven will
switch off automatically.
Interrupting/ending the
cooking process
• To interrupt the cooking process tap the
sensor (17) once.
The remaining cooking time and the current
temperature will flash in the display. To con-
tinue cooking, tap the
