7. OPERATION
7.2.10
Adjust the " Angle Set Support " to requested angle, squeeze the fixing pipe. If the angle set
value of the part to be cut is either 15º - 22,5º - 30º - 45º - 90º , be sure that " spring shaft " is
situated in the hole inside the duct. After having completed these adjustments, buttons, which
are shown in ( FIGURE – 14 NO.149 / 3 ) and used for angle definition,
depending on the direction of rotation. Then head is laid to requested angle.

Squeeze
( FIGURE – 14 NO. 149 / 5 ) on the control panel.

Start the rotation of saw by pushing the engine " START " button ( FIGURE – 14 NO.149 / 1 )

After the end Provide the saw to come forward by pressing simultaneously the double hands
sefaty modul buttons and then continue to press the buttons until the working part is cut.
( FIGURE – 14 NO.149 / 4 ) ( When pressing the double hands buttons, the top protection will
be closed aotumatically.( FIGURE – 9 NO.13 )

After the end of cutting action, remove the hand pressure on the button. Both of the saws will
come to the initial position

After the end of cutting action, remove the hand pressure on the button

Use the motor stop button to stop the saw rotation
NOT: Remove the pressure on the cutting buttons in a possible hazard, or press the
emergency stop button.

7.3 Display Counter Reset

ADJUSTMENT OF DISPLAY UNIT FOR THE CUTTING OF 45 AND 90 DEGREES
7.3.3
In order to cut at an angle of 45 degree, offset is turned on by pressing the " * " button on the
display once and its value becomes "1". When cutting angle is changed to 90 degree, offset is
turned off by pressing the * button three times, consecutively, and its value disappears on the
screen. Calibration values for 45 and 90 degree cuts are provided preloaded in factory settings.
If the length of the profiles which are cut in 45º and 90º are different from each other For
example:
The length of the first profile which is cut in 90º is 1000 mm and
The length of the second profile which is cut in 45º is 1000,7 mm
the part with horizontal
7.3.1
Move the movable head so that it touches the fixed head
( Ensure that the movable head touches the adjustment bolt on
the fixed head.)
7.3.2
Reset the measurement by simultaneously pressing the F and
SET buttons onthe display.You should read the measurement
400. If the cutting measurement is wrong, adjust it by turning the
adjustment bolt to the right or left.
