8.1 PROFILE HEIGHT MEASURING DEVICE USING INFORMATION

Profile height measurement device is designed for measuring the height of the profile automatically when
usin the outer angles. It is not needed for inner angles. Machine calculates the profile length by the
computer when cutting inner angles.
8.1.1 Calibration of Device;
Enter the adjustments page. Be sure the "from list" button color is red. If its color is green then system
will read profile heights recorded before and measurement will not continue. Press the "from list" button
to make its color red. ( FIGURE – 47 )
Height offset; Maximum profile height that the machine can cut must be entered. ( The offset value is
entered by the manufacturer )
Height measurement value; Indicates the measured profile height.
