CAUSE
 Emergency stop button is pressed.
Alarm is not reset.

Quantity required to be cut is not

completed.
 Air pressure is low.
The cover may not be resting to its

seat well.
 The sensor may be defective.
The cover may not be resting to its

seat well.
The sensor may be defective.

 Motor thermal switch may have
tripped.
 Motor may have been overloaded.
 The saw cover is in open state
 Cutting is attempted while the clamps
are open
The measure intended to be cut is

larger than the machine stroke.
The measure intended to be cut is

larger than the machine stroke.
Cutting is attempted without starting

the saw motors.
This warning is displayed if exterior

angle is selected on both heads.
Cutting is attempted while the

measures are not at their locations.
The top cover is not able to see the

SOLUTION
 Release the emergency stop button.
 Reset the alarm.
 Enter new quantity or reset the quantity.
 Check the air
 Close the cover if it is open.
Check the cover and correct it if it is not

resting to its seat.
If all conditions are met then check the

sensor.
 Close the cover if it is open.
 Check the cover and correct it if it is not
resting to its seat.
 If all conditions are met then check the
sensor.
 Check the thermal switch. Set the thermal
switch to its normal position if it had tripped.
Shut down the computer and then turn off

and then on the machine power.
 Close the saw cover.
 Close the clamps
 After the left saw motor starts to operate
automatically, perform cutting on the right
side of the profile by using double hand.
After the right saw motor starts to operate

automatically, perform cutting on the right
side of the profile by using double hand.
 Start the motors.
Write the profile height in the required field.

 Move the machine to the measure.
Check the sensor.

Check the gap of the encoder with a ruler.

The gap must be 1 mm at most. Clean it if
necessary.
 Check the sensor. If the sensor is operating
and this alarm is displayed, adjust the place
of the sensor.
Turn the power off and on and reset the

alarm.
