Bypass Paper Skew

The quality of paper feed from the bypass tray (rate of skew and other problems) is beyond the
scope of quality assurance.
If skew caused by the type of paper in use cannot be avoided, then feed the paper from the
main unit paper tray.
Problem
The image is not parallel with the edges of the paper.
Precautions for Using Bypass Feed
If the bypass tray is not set correctly, the print area will be misaligned with the leading edge of the paper
and the machine will jam without feeding the paper.
Here are some points to keep in mind when setting the paper:
Select the correct paper size on the machine operation panel and in the printer driver. If these
settings are different, this can lead to paper jams and cause poor quality printing.
When feeding a custom paper size (non-standard size), select the correct LEF and SEF settings
(paper height and width) on the machine operation panel and in the printer driver software.
When printing on non-standard size paper, if you select bypass printing on the operation panel
(Paper Settings > Bypass Tray Priority), then you do not need to do the paper type and size
settings on the operation panel.
You must set the paper in the bypass tray when the operation panel displays: "Loading Paper into
