25.2 Removing and attaching the anti-
tipping support

To remove the anti-tipping support, the tension
spring is unhooked from the spring holder.
Now the anti-tipping bars can be pulled down
and out of the anti-tipping support adapter.
To install the anti-tipping support, the anti-tip-
ping bar is inserted into the anti-tipping support
adapter from underneath and pulled upwards
using the tension spring. Finally, the tension
spring is hooked into the spring holder with the
end eyelets.

TRAVELER usage instructions
This must be removed first for the height ad-
justment of the anti-tipping support (see Chap-
ter 25.2). Then the footstep pin is removed us-
ing the M6 fixing screw (AF 4 mm), to which
the tension spring is secured at the bottom.
When loosening the M6 fixing screw, the foot-
step pin must be held using pliers (the footstep
pin must be protected from scratching while
being held with pliers). After removing the M6
fixing screw, the tension spring can be re-
moved.

There is an inlet within the anti-tipping bar that
must be adjusted to the new height position.
The inlet should be positioned as low as possi-
ble in the anti-tipping bar. A screwdriver could
be used for the positioning of the inlets, for ex-
ample.
