Failed to reboot the system after a
firmware flash update
The operating system's server firmware
update management tools are
incompatible with this system.
The firmware installation failed due to a
hardware error that was reported.
RTAS discovered an invalid operation
that may cause a hardware error

Action
Restart the blade server.
Go to the IBM download site at

f/lopdiags/home.html to download the latest
version of the service aids package for Linux.
1. Look for hardware errors in the event log.
2. Resolve any hardware errors that are found.
