Select the desired search criteria by pressing the corresponding number on the
terminal to retrieve stored hospitality transaction.
Example: 1 for TRAN NUMBER
Enter the transaction number which can be obtained from the receipt.
Example: 000001
Details of selected transaction are displayed.

Press ENTER to print the pending transaction.
Press CLEAR to exit and return to previous screen.
NOTE: The total amount displayed will include the previously authorised amount
plus any top-up amounts already processed for this transaction. This is to notify
the merchant that a top-up transaction was performed.
Key in the amount to be finalised then press ENTER. This can be greater or
$XX.XX
lesser than the authorised amount.

PRINTING will be displayed on the terminal while printing off the receipt for the
cardholder to sign. Advise the cardholder to sign the receipt to accept the
transaction with the final amount.
PROCESSING NOW will be displayed on the terminal while processing the
transaction and will print off receipt where cardholder has to sign to accept the
transaction.
SIGN RECEIPT will be displayed on both terminal and pinpad screen. Tear the
receipt off and ask the cardholder to sign receipt.
Verify the cardholder's signature with the signature on the back of the card. If
the signature matches:
Press ENTER to accept and proceed with step 11.0
If not, press CLEAR to decline and proceed with step 12.0
SIG ACCEPTED will be displayed on both the terminal and pinpad screen. The
merchant presses ENTER to accept the cardholder's signature after verifying
signature with the card.
SIG DECLINED will be displayed on both the terminal and pinpad screen. The
merchant presses CLEAR to decline the cardholder's signature after verifying
signature with the card.
