PTFE Particulate Filter

PTFE Particulate
A 5-10 micron pore size, two-inch diameter PTFE element is available for
the 43iQ. This filter should be installed just prior to the bulkhead.
Filter SAMPLE
When using a filter, all calibrations and span checks must be performed
through the filter.

High Flow Option

The 43iQ ships standard with a capillary to maintain the instrument flow
rate at approximately 0.5 LPM. An optional capillary is available that will
maintain the instrument flow at approximately 1.0 LPM. This increased
flow may be desirable when a reduced instrument response time is desired.
To run the higher flow rate, replace the instrument capillary with a 0.02
size capillary. (Refer to "43iQ Measurement Case" in the iQ Series Gas
Analyzer Spare Parts Catalog for part number.)
From the Home Screen, press Configuration>High Flow to enable the
high flow option.
