8. Leave mounting bolts (17) (2 pieces each on the
front and rear sides), and then remove all the
remaining bolts. [*2]
9. Sling revolving frame assembly (18), hold it, and
remove the remaining mounting bolts. [*3]
a Sling the assembly and hold it so that the
front-and-rear balance and right-and-left
balance can be adjusted.
Do not use a tap hole on the
counterweight top.
10.Sling revolving frame assembly (18), and
remove it.
a Be careful not to interfere with the center
swivel joint when removing it.

Perform installation in the reverse order to
removal.

When aligning pin holes, never insert your
finger into the holes.
Adjust clearance between boom foot pin (19)
and boom bracket (20) to Max. 1.0 mm by using
shims.
Clearance: t = 1.0 mm, 2.0 mm

Adhesive (LT-2)
Revolving frame mounting bolt:
235 to 285 Nm {23.5 to 29.5 kgm}
Refill with oil (Hydraulic tank)
Refill it with oil to the specified level through the
oil filler port. Run the engine to circulate the oil
through the piping, and check the oil level again.
