Hydraulic system
Female threaded part of body (A):
Loctite (No. 648)
Joint (12):
39 to 49 Nm {4 to 5 kgm}
a Apply grease (G2-LI) to the contact surfaces of
disc (13) and piston (8).
Application amount:
Grease (G2-LI)
Joint sliding surface: 0.3 to 0.8 cc/entire
circumference
Contact portions of disk and piston: 0.3
to 0.8 ml/1 place
a When assembling disc (13), adjust play of the
lever end so that the play is within the range
from 0.5 to 3 mm at the point of 200 mm from the
rotation center.
