44.Disconnect heater hose (75).
45.Remove mounting bolts (76) (4 pieces), sling
engine and pump assembly (77), and hold it. [*9]
46.Sling engine pump assembly (77) at the position
as shown in the photo, and remove it.
a Be careful not to interfere with the
turbocharger when slinging.

Perform installation in the reverse order to
removal.

Hydraulic oil drain plug (6):
58.8 to 78.4 Nm {6 to 8 kgm}

54 to 89 Nm {5.5 to 9 kgm}

Clamp (40):
10.5 ± 0.5 Nm {1.1 ± 0.05 kgm}

Apply TB1206E (ThreeBond) to the area of
approximately 30 mm from the tip of the
insertion opening where the radiator hose is
installed, and then install the radiator hose.
Check that the hose is normal without any crack,
and then install it.
Also check that inner surface of the hose
insertion portion is not damaged.
Clamps (42) and (48):
8.8 ± 0.5 Nm {0.9 ± 0.05 kgm}

3.3 ± 0.49 Nm {0.34 ± 0.05 kgm}

Starter B terminal (59):
17.7 to 24.5 Nm {1.8 to 2.5 kgm}
