3.14 Move new DE to Transfer Cart <= SSR Task

CAUTION:
STEP 60 Lower lift tool to the level of new DE.
Position the transfer cart to the left side of the lift tool. Using the battery powered drill with a
5/16" hex socket, adjust the height of the lift tool level with the bottom of the new DE (see Figure
58 and Figure 59). See Figure 34 and Figure 35.for operation of the drill.
