on one fan ring to check if the fan is fully seated. Never force the fan down. If a fan is not fully
seated, remove the fan and straightened the floating blind mate connector before reinsertion (see
Figure 62).

STEP 66 Replace fan cover on the new DE. With cover oriented vertically insert tabs into chasses and
rotate cover to the closed position. Then rotate the three ¼ turn fasteners clockwise to the locked
position (see Figure 63).
