Ventilation Tips

Keep the hood and front air inlet free sf ice, snow or
any other obstruction (such as leaves). This will
allow the heater and defroster to work much better,
reducing the chance of fogging the inside of
your windows.
When you enter a vehicle in cold weather, turn the
blower fan to "5" for a few moments before driving
off. This helps clear the intake ducts of sn'ow and
moisture, and reduces the chance of fogging the
inside of your windows.
Keep the area around the base

front seats clear of objects,

In cold weather, operating the system in the
OUTSIDE AIR mode will improve the time
it takes
to warm the vehicle.

Setting the Clock for AM-FM Stereo
Press SET.
Within five seconds, press and hold the
SEEK down arrow until the correct hour appears on the
display. Press and hold the SEEK up arrow until the
correct minute appears on the display.
Setting the Clock for All Systems Except
AM-FM Stereo
Press and hold HR until the correct hour appears. Press
and
hold MIN until the correct minute appears. There
will be a two-second delay before
the
clock goes into
time-set mode, and the colon on the display will blink
while in this mode.
