6. The Open window allows you to browse to the desired filename (.upg)
file. Click Open to begin the transfer.

7. The "Firmware" window reopens and indicates the new firmware
version.
NOTE: If problems arise when transferring any Cresnet file (touchpanel
project/firmware), lower the port speed baud rate to 38400 to match the Cresnet
bus speed.

further assistance is required, please contact a Crestron customer service
representative.

Verify the Net ID in Toolbox.
Verify SIMPL Windows program for
setting Net ID.
Assign a different Net ID.
Verify that Cresnet is properly
attached.
Verify RGB, video, S-video output
cable connection.
Verify QM input cable connection is
secure.
Verify and upload correct programs.
Verify proper video set up for each
video input.
