supply is disconnected.

Failure to follow the main-
tenance instructions could
cause problems and might
invalidate the warranty.
Once a week, check material
flows freely and no material
deposits spoil the function of the
valve. If necessary clean contact
parts thoroughly.
PRIOR TO EVERY MAINTE-
NANCE JOB, DISCONNECT
VALVE FROM MAINS SUPPLY!
The bearings must be cleaned
on a routine basis to prevent
incrustations from forming which
might impede the bearings from
rotating and, therefore, the blade
from becoming worn.
Routinely empty the rear casing
of the valve to prevent the ac-
cumulation of powder and allow
for the ducts and the limit sswitch
to function properly.

Vor Demontage des Schiebers
oder von Schieberteilen sicher-
stellen, daß die Stromzufuhr
unterbrochen ist.
WARTUNG
Das Nichtbefolgen der War-
tungsvorschriften kann zu
Störungen führen und die
Gewährleistung außer kraft
setzen.
Einmal wöchentlich sicherstellen,
daß das Material frei fließen kann
und keine Ablagerungen die
Schieberfunktion beeinträchti-
gen. Ggfls. den produktberühren-
den Bereich gründlich säubern.
VOR JEDER WARTUNGS-AR-
BEIT HAUPTSTROMZUFUHR
UNTERBRECHEN!
Die Lager regelmäßig säubern,
um Verkrustungen zu vermeiden,
die ihre Drehfähigkeit behindern
mit daraus resultierendem Ver-
schleiß des Schieberbleches.
Das hintere Gehäuseteil des
Flachschiebers regelmäßig säu-
bern, um die Ansammlung von
Material zu vermeiden und das
gute Funktionieren des Zu- und
Auslaufes sowie der Endschalter
zu gewährleisten.
AUSTAUSCH VON
VERSCHLEISSTEILEN
Es ist kein Austausch von Ver-
schleißteilen erforderlich.
DEMONTAGE
Avant de démonter une pièce

rez-vous que cette dernière est
bien débranchée du réseau
électrique.
ENTRETIEN
Si vous ne respectez pas
exactement les consignes
suivantes vous pouvez avoir
de graves problèmes et inva-
lider la garantie des machines
fournies.
Toutes les semaines, vérifiez s'il
n'y a pas de résidus dans la zone
de passage du produit. S'il y en
a, nettoyez soigneusement afin
d'éviter tout engorgement.

VANNE DU RESEAU ELEC-
TRIQUE!
Nettoyez périodiquement les
roulements afin d'éviter toute
incrustation qui en empêche la
rotation et provoque l'usure de
la lame.
Nettoyez périodiquement le
boîtier arrière de la vanne de ma-
nière à éviter toute accumulation
de poudre encrassante en vue
d'assurer le bon fonctionnement
des conduits et du fin de course.

Les pièces usées ne seront pas
remplacées.

KONSERWACJA
Nie zastosowanie się do niniej-
szych wskazań może spowo-

Łożyska muszą być okresowo
czyszczone, by uniknąć powsta-
nia skorupy, która mogłaby zatrzy-
mać obracanie się łożysk, tym
samym zapobiegając zużyciu
ostrza.
Okresowo należy opróżniać tylny
zbiornik zaworu w taki sposób, by
uniknąć kumulacji pyłu i umożliwić
kanałom i wyłącznikowi prawidło-
we działanie.
