The Manufacturer provides a
12-month warranty on their prod-
ucts. This period starts from the
date of the consignment note.
The warranty is not applicable for
breakage and/or defects caused
by incorrect installation or use, or
incorrect maintenance, or modi-
fications not authorized by the
Manufacturer.
The warranty does not extend
to parts that wear out following
normal use and electrical com-
ponents.
The warranty elapses if the
vanne:
- has been tampered with or modi-
fied,
- has not been used correctly,
- has been used without respect-
ing the limits indicated in this
manual and/or has been sub-
jected to excessive mecha nical
stress,
- has not been subjected to the
necessary maintenance or these
operations have been carried
out partly and/or or by unskilled
personnel
incorrectly,
- has been damaged due to
carelessness during transport,
installation and use,
- has been fitted with spare parts
that are not original.
On receiving the product, the
user must check these for defects
deriving from transport and/or
incomplete supply.
Defects, damage or incom plete-
ness of the supply must be im-
mediately communicated to
the Manufacturer in writing and
countersigned by the haulage
transporter.

Der Hersteller gewährt auf ihre
Erzeugnisse eine Garantie von
12 Monaten. Die Garantiezeit
beginnt mit dem Datum des Lie-
ferscheins.
Die Garantie ist nicht anwendbar,
wenn es sich um Schäden und/
oder Defekte handelt, die auf
falschem Einbau oder Gebrauch,
nicht korrekter Wartung oder
Änderungen beruhen, die ohne
die Genehmigung des Herstellers
ausgeführt wurden.
Die Garantie deckt keine Teile
ab, die infolge des normalen Ge-
brauchs verschleißen, und auch
keine elektrischen Teile.
Genauer gesagt, verfällt die
Garantie, wenn die Klappe:
- manipuliert oder geändert wur-
de,
- nicht korrekt benutzt worden ist,
- bei ihrem Gebrauch nicht die in
diesem Handbuch stehenden
Einsatzbeschränkungen beach-
tet wurden und/oder sie zu star-
ken mechanischen Belastungen
ausgesetzt wurde,
- nicht der erforderlichen Wartung
unterzogen wurde oder wenn
die Wartung nur teilweise und/
oder nicht korrekt oder durch
nicht korrekt angeleitetes Per-
sonal ausgeführt wurde.
- beschädigt wurde, weil Trans-
port, Einbau oder Gebrauch
ohne die erforderliche Sorgfalt
vorgenommen wurden,
- wenn keine Original-Ersatzteile
verwendet worden sind.
Beim Empfang der Ware hat der
Empfänger sicherzustellen, dass
die Ware keine durch den Trans-
port verursachten Schäden oder
Defekte aufweist, und/oder dass
der Lieferumfang vollständig ist.
Etwaige Defekte, Schäden oder
Fehlmengen sind mittels schrift-
licher und vom Frachtführer ge-
gengezeichneter Mitteilung sofort
dem Hersteller zu melden.

livraison.
La garantie ne s'applique pas à la
suite de ruptures et/ou de défauts
provoqués par un montage et
une utilisation impropre, des
entretiens qui ne sont réalisés
correctement ou des modifica-
tions apportées sans autorisation
du constru cteur.
La garantie s'étend aux pièces
qui s'usent à la suite d'une uti-
lisation normale et aux parties
électriques.
Plus précisément la garantie
est sans effet si la vanne:
- a été manipulée ou modifiée,
- a été utilisée de manière incor-
recte,
- a été utilisée sans respecter
les limites indiquées dans la
présente notice et/ou qu'elle a
été soumise à des contraintes
mécaniques excessives
- elle n'a pas été soumise aux
entretiens nécessaires ou que
ces opérations ont été effec-
tuées partiellement, de manière
incomplète ou incorrecte, ou
par du personnel pas instruit
correctement
- a subit des dommages par
négligence pendant le transport,
la mise en place et l'utilisation,
- a été réparée avec des pièces
qui ne sont pas d'origine.
Dès réception de la marchan
dise, le destinataire doit vérifier
que celle-ci n'a pas de défauts
ou subit de dégâts dus au tran
sport et que la fourniture n'est pas
incomplète.
Tout défaut, dommage ou four
niture incomplète doit immédia
tement être signalée au constru
cteur par communication écrite et
contresignée par le tran sporteur.

Producent zapewnia 12 miesięcz-
ny okres gwarancyjny na swoje
produkty. Okres ten jest liczony
od daty dokumentu przekazania
urządzenia.
Gwarancja nie ma zastosowania
w przypadku uszkodzeń i/lub
zniszczeń spowodowanych w
wyniku nieprawidłowego montażu
lub użytkowania, niewłaściwej
konserwacji, lub wprowadzania
nie autoryzowanych przez produ-
centa modyfikacji.
Gwarancja nie obejmuje części
zużytych w wyniku normalnego
stosowania i komponentów elek-
trycznych.
Gwarancja przepada w wypad-
ku gdy urządzenie:
- było modyfikowane lub manipu-
lowano przy nim,
- nie było używane prawidłowo
- nie było używane z uwzględnie-
niem wskazanych w niniejszym
podręczniku limitów, i/lub było
poddawane nadmiernemu prze-
ciążeniu mechanicznemu,
- nie zostało poddane koniecz-
nym konserwacjom, lub zostały
one przeprowadzone jedynie
częściowo i/lub nieprawidłowo,
- zostało uszkodzone z powodu
nieostrożności podczas trans-
portu, instalacji i użytkowania,
- do wymiany użyto nieoryginal-
nych części zamiennych.
Przy odbiorze produktu, odbiorca
musi sprawdzić, czy nie przedsta-
wia on żadnych uszkodzeń lub
zniszczeń w wyniku transportu i/
lub niekompletnego wyposażenia.
Ewentualne szkody, zniszczenia
lub niekompletnośc wyposaże-
nia powinny zostać natychmiast
zgłoszone producentowi w formie
pisemnej poświadczonej podpi-
sem dostawcy.
