Loading Envelopes

The multi-purpose tray can hold Monarch, COM 10, C5, and DL envelopes. To load
envelopes in the multi-purpose tray, follow the steps below.

Grasp the tabs on either side of the multi-purpose tray and
gently pull it open.
Open the extension tray where necessary.
IMPORTANT
Support the multi-purpose tray with both hands when opening it.

Close the envelope flap and put the envelopes on a flat
surface. Press down the corners to crease and flatten the
envelopes.
Align the edges of the stack of envelopes on a flat surface.
