The printer displays an error message and asks you to load the correct paper in
the tray.
ON, OFF
MANUAL sets feeding to manual from the multi-purpose tray, one sheet at a time.
OFF
Leave manual feed off unless you intend to use the tray as a manual feed station.
ON
The printer displays a message and prompts you to load the correct paper size
manually. Press Go to print the page. If more than one page is to be printed, you
must press Go each time to print a page.
LETTER, LEGAL, A3, A4, A5, B4, 11X17, EXEC, COM10, MONARCH, C5, DL,
B5-JIS, CUSTOM
This setting enables you set the size of the media to be fed from the tray. The tray
has no paper size sensing mechanism, so you need to ensure this is set before
you print from the tray.

The printer checks the other trays in order of capacity: standard 250 Sheet
Universal Cassette, optional 250 Sheet Paper Feed Unit (if installed), Multi-
Purpose tray.
