If you select <2.PRINT DOCUMENT>:
1. Press [Set].
2. Use [ ] or [ ] to select the transaction number (TX/RX NO.) of the document
you want to print, or enter the number using the numeric keys.
If you are unsure of the transaction number, print the DOC. MEMORY LIST. (See page 100)
3. Press [Set].
4. Press [ ] to print the first page only, or press [ ] to print all pages of the
document.
5. To print another document, return to branch-step 2, or to finish printing, go to
step 4.
If you select <4.DELETE DOCUMENT>:
1. Press [Set].
2. Use [ ] or [ ] to select <1.ALL PRINTED DOCS.> or <2.1 DOCUMENT>.
– <ALL PRINTED DOCS.>: Deletes all the printed documents stored in memory.
– <1 DOCUMENT>:
3. Go to step 3.

Press [Set].
If you selected <1.ALL PRINTED DOCS.> in branch-step 2 of step 2:
1. Press [ ].
Press [ ] to cancel deleting, and the machine returns to the standby mode.
If you selected <2.1 DOCUMENT> in branch-step 2 of step 2:
1. Use [ ] or [ ] to select the transaction number (TX/RX NO.) of the document
you want to delete, or enter the number using the numeric keys.
If you are unsure of the transaction number, print the DOC. MEMORY LIST. (See page 100)
2. Press [Set].
3. Press [ ].
Press [ ] to cancel deleting, and the machine returns to the LCD of branch-step 1.
4. To delete another document, return to branch-step 1, or to finish deleting, go to
step 4.

Press [Stop/Reset].
