Entering The Date And Time

CAUTION
When your machine is connected to a computer, even if the date and time are entered from the
operation panel of the machine, the date and time will be read from your computer when you start the
computer or disconnect and connect the USB cable. Enter the correct date and time into a computer
when your machine is connected to a computer.
Follow this procedure:

Press [Additional Functions], and then press [Set].

Use [ ] or [ ] to select <5.USER SETTINGS>.

Press [Set] twice.
Ex:
DATE/TIME SETTING

Use the numeric keys to enter the date (month/day/year) and time (in
24-hour format).
Enter only the last two digits of the year.
NOTE
• If you misentered the date and time, use [ ] or [ ] to move the cursor under the number to enter
the correct number.
• Three formats of date are available. For details on the date format settings, see page 153.
