To add or edit a group entry:
1. With the Address Book open, select the command to add or edit a group entry:
2. In the New Group or Edit Group dialog box, in the Group Name box, enter or change the
name you want to assign to this group.
3. In the Address Book list, select the individual entry you want to add to the group, and then
click Add.

To add a new group, click New Group.
To edit a group, select the entry in the Address Book, and then click Edit.
