Exporting a Document

You can export a document from the Desktop Manager, saving it to any specified drive and
directory. When you export a document, you are actually saving a copy of the original
document. Documents can be exported as a TIFF, BMP, FPX, PCX or JPEG file.
If you export a multiple page document, each page is exported as a separate document.
To export a document:
1. Open the folder with the document you want to export.
2. Select the document you want to export, and then click Export on the File menu or drag
your document to the Export button on the command bar.
3. In the Export File dialog box, specify the drive and directory where you want to place the
exported file, and click Save.
