3. In the Send Fax dialog box, enter the recipient for your fax.
For a onetime recipient, enter the name and fax number or e-mail address in the First
Name, Last Name, Fax, and E-mail Address boxes.
For an entry listed in your address book, click the applicable name in the To list box,
and then click Add.
