1.
Nozzle Pair
This setting defines which pair of nozzles is being used. The user
can store values for up to two pairs.
2.
Nozzle A Number
This setting defines the nozzle number for Nozzle A being used for
application. The Nozzle Number is the flow rate at which 1 nozzle
flows at 40 PSI. E.g.-04=.4 Gal/Min @ 40 PSI. Choices are shown
above.
3.
Nozzle A @ 40 PSI
This setting defines what flow rate 1 nozzle produces at 40 psi.
4.
Nozzle B Number
This setting defines the nozzle number for Nozzle B being used for
application. The Nozzle Number is the flow rate at which 1 nozzle
flows at 40 PSI. E.g.-05=.5 Gal/Min @ 40 PSI. Choices are shown
above.
5.
Nozzle B @ 40 PSI
This setting defines what flow rate 1 nozzle produces at 40 psi.
6.
Minimum Pressure
This defines what minimum pressure is used for the Switching
Point calculation. This value is not used for controlling the system,
only for the calculation.
7.
Maximum Pressure
This defines what maximum pressure is used for the Switching
Point calculation. This value is not used for controlling the system,
only for the calculation.
8.
Calculate Switching Points
This button runs a calculation to set the Switching Points, which
utilizes the Target GPA from Operation Tab and the Nozzle Spacing
from Implement Tab.
***If Nozzle A Max speed is lower than Nozzle B min speed, raise
Nozzle A Max speed to equal Nozzle B min speed. This applies to
transition between Nozzle B and Nozzle A + B also.
9.
Range for Nozzle A
This setting defines the operating range for Nozzle A. This can

be manually entered by the user or by pressing the "Calculate
Switching Points" button.
10. Range for Nozzle B
This setting defines the operating range for Nozzle B. This can
be manually entered by the user or by pressing the "Calculate
Switching Points" button.
11.
Range for Nozzle A + B
This setting defines the operating range for Nozzles A + B. This can
be manually entered by the user or by pressing "Calculate Switching
Points" button.
12. Tolerance Band
This setting defines the % above/below the Switching Point before
a nozzle change is made. The same tolerance band is used for all
ranges.
