CHANNEL SETUP - IMPLEMENT
1.
Section Valve Type
Choose section valve type. Choices are ProStop-E or 2-way
valve.
2.
Nozzle Spacing
Input the distance between nozzles.
3.
Total Sections
Enter the total number of ProStop-E valves/sections installed
on the system. Up to 12 section controls can be displayed
individually as numerical values in Ch. 1 on the Home screen. If
13 or more sections are entered, the sections are displayed as a
red/green bar graph, and are only controlled by Section on/off
arrow buttons.
4.
Section Configuration
Assign actuators to individual sections by pressing on
corresponding white window and entering number. Each section
should have a "1" in the window for Nozzles. To finish, press
Implement tab to navigate back to Channel Setup. See screen
detail on the next page.
5.
Actuator Auto Config.
This feature automatically configures ProStop-E valves -
assigning them evenly as sections.
6.
Mixed Section Control
Enable this feature to create Virtual Sections on the boom to
actuate sections of ProStop-E nozzles as a group. Note that
individual nozzle control will still be maintained in AUTO mode.
Define how many ProStop-E nozzles are in each Virtual Section,
under the Section Configuration button.
7.
Enable Fence Nozzle
Check the boxes for LEFT and RIGHT to allow for the control of
fence row nozzles from the UT screen. Enabling fence nozzles
assigns the far left and far right ProStop-E valves as Fence
HYP1100 (04-08-21)
Nozzles, and automatically updates the section configuration. If
the Enable Fence Nozzle boxes are checked, red Fence Nozzle
icons appear on Home Page near the Section On/Off buttons.
If a Fence Nozzle is ON, a green flashing Fence Nozzle icon
appears on Home Page near the Section On/Off buttons.
8.
Fence Nozzle Multiplier
Enter a factor to adjust system to ideal flow rate for the fence
nozzle. Default is 1 (same as system flow rate). For example, if
you enter "1.5" as the multiplier, the fence nozzle flow will be 1.5
times as much as a boom section nozzle.
9.
Cannode Segment Delay
Enter a value for the time delay to turn on/off each segment.
Note that a 100ms delay is the default value and will optimize the
system's power consumption.
10. Cannode Configuration
Lists identities of Cannodes attached to system. Use arrows
to rearrange order of Cannodes as needed. Cannodes should
be in order (1,2,3) to correspond with the locations of the valves
which they control (left, middle, right). Use the Reset CanNodes
softkey to disconnect and re-establish connection to Cannodes
(necessary if changes have been made to network connections).
To finish, press Implement tab to navigate back to Channel
Setup. See screen detail on the next page.
