CHANNEL SETUP OPERATIONS

Note: Fields 2, 5, 6 on this screen may not be modified when connected to the Task Controller.
1.
Channel Name
Enter the name of the product being applied by channel.
This name can be entered from any of the Channel Setup
pages.
2.
Enable Channel
This checkbox enables shown channel for normal
operation. The default position is "enabled". If left
unchecked, that channel will no longer be visible on the
home screen and the system will not function.
3.
Material Units
This setting defines the system unit of measure. It is
preset for gallons.
4.
Nozzle Number
Choose the ISO nozzle number/color which will be used
for application. If the desired nozzle is not in this menu, a
customer nozzle can be created.
5.
Target Rate
Enter desired overall target rate for application in gallons
per acre. This is the application rate that the console will
lock onto when operating in AUTO mode.
6.
Rate Step
This setting defines the increment step of change per key
press for the Increase/Decrease buttons on the Home
Screen. Default unit is 1 Gal/Acre.
7.
Application Mode
This can be varied depending on what type of application
is being performed, spraying or injection. Normal is the
default setting for spraying.
