3. Press down on the maroon latch to release the handle.
4. Grasp the handle and slide the boot drive half way out of the array.
5. Orient the replacement drive with the label side facing to the right.
6. Slide the drive into the array, and rotate the handle down until it locks

With the drive in this position, wait approximately 20 seconds to allow
the drive platters to stop spinning. Then, slide the drive completely out
of the array. This delay avoids causing additional damage that might
interfere with failure analysis.
