13.4 Appendix D – Ultium LED Status Guide
Both the Ultium Motion Sensor and Receiver have an LED located on the front face which displays the
status of the sensor or receiver. Please reference the following list for information on what each LED
status means.
Sensor:
Color
Continuous flashing dark
blue
Continuous flashing green
Continuous flashing light
blue
Single red flash
Single green flash
Solid amber
Flash white 8 times
Flash green then
immediately to red and
powers off
Continuously flashing
green and red
Receiver
Color
Continuous flashing dark
blue
Continuous flashing violet
Flashing light blue
Solid or flashing red

Status Description
Sensor is on but not measuring data
Sensor is on and actively measuring data via the PC
Sensor is on and actively measuring data via Bluetooth
Flashes when the Sensor is turned off
Flashes when the Sensor is turned on
Indicates charging. If the Amber LED turns off while the sensor
is still plugged into the charging station, this means that the
sensor is fully charged.
Sensor is found by "Find My Sensor" feature in the
measurement configuration and can collect data
When turning on, this means that the sensor charge level is
too low.
Sensor firmware cannot be found. Please contact Noraxon
Support (support@noraxon.com)
Status Description
Receiver is powered/on.
Receiver is powered/on in Portable Lab mode.
A firmware update may not have completed. Remove the
USB cable and plug it in again. Wait 60 seconds for the light
to change to dark blue. If the light does not change to
flashing dark blue after 3 repeated tries, please contact
Noraxon Support (support@noraxon.com).
Another Ultium Receiver may be using the same RF Network.
